we were with the affliction of my man to eat in rössli. as the wild season has just begun, there were also various kinds of wild...Reh, fasan, wild boar, hate and deer. the meat was very delicious. there were vegetables and fruit plates. for wild matching also a plate with blue diamond, marroni, rose cabbage. as a supplement were served rice, pommes, latezli and röstikrokettes. the croquettes were so good. we were kindly received and served. we could've had a hit, but we had enough. the boullion with sherry was then served to the conclusion. it was a good evening.
the restaurant is located in a typical appenzeller house a little outside the ortes hundwil on the main road. We stayed there for lunch and picked something from the wild card. there were creations that we did not know so, for example, hirsch stroganoff, delicate meat with the otherwise known sweets and late zli. also the rewrought was very tender, with the same supplements. all well cooked and beautifully dressed.There would also be different day menus, the cheapest was a fruit curry with rice too fr. 9.50The service was correct service and Wednesday is rest day
the rössli is a rustic restaurant that serves not only, but above all meatfondue. you can choose between fondue with oil or meat broth. there are sauces, pommes, croquettes, a sweet and fruit plate. because everything is refilled upon request, no one leaves hungry locally. the restaurant is well visited and it can come to longer waiting times especially for a la carte orders.
the rössli was recommended to me by friends. the restaurant is known for fleischfondue. you can choose between chinoise and bourguignonne. fine sauces, pommes frites, croquettes and a sweet and fruit plate are served. everything is refilled upon request. who does not like fondue can choose from the card. the interior of the restaurant is more original.
