Les Roj KS situés sur la rue principale près du Windsor pourraient être absolument géniaux. Je pense que l'éthique de la nourriture est de conseiller contre le dénominateur commun, la cartte non lavée et la faim. Hé, c'est une entreprise, et si les Cognoscenti veulent manger qui ne sont pas insignées et non culturellement, laissez-les manger avec le gâteau de Gusto. Quelle opportunité perdue, cela représente une chance réelle de suspendre les habitants de la vraie cuisine kurde / turque (la plupart des emprunts turcs sont en réalité kurde, bien avant que l'état de la Turquie n'existait Kurdistan). Roj K's located along Mends street close to the Windsor could be absolutely awesome. I guess the ethos behind the food is to cater for the common denominator, the unwashed the tipsy, and the hungry. Hey its a business and if the cognoscenti want food that's uninspiring, and culturally devoid then let them eat cake with gusto. What a lost opportunity this represents, a real chance to expose the locals to real Kurdish/Turkish cuisine (most Turkish take-away's are actually Kurdish, bearing in mind long before the state of Turkey there existed Kurdistan). Undoubtedly one of the best kebab in town! They always serve fresh kebabs, with fresh ingredients and great pita bread too!
Plus the blokes there are very humble and friendly. One time, they put onions and tomatoes in my kebab (I ordered without them prior), and when I just mentioned it to them, they told me that they're making a new one to me and apologise. When I asked what do I do with my current kebab, they said, it's yours, keep it or do whatever I want. Total top guys!
Another good thing is, it's just a stroll away from my house, and they open until late!

Est-ce que je retournerais dans la boutique de Roj Kebabs? Non.
Il y a quelques années, les kebabs étaient vraiment Delisch ici - je suis rapide jusqu'en 2017 et les kebabs sont maintenant la meilleure moyenne. Le kebab de poulet avec le pain de lot était un peu sec, pourrait goûter à peine la sauce et la façon dont vous pouvez obtenir des croustilles chaudes, n'est pas sur moi (goûté très étrange comme si vous aviez brûlé le congélateur). Ne peut pas parler pour vos autres offres, mais il y a beaucoup de bonnes affaires de Kebab à Perth.
Came here for take away fish and chips ($10.50) and sadly was greatly disappointed.
The fish was not fresh and smell fishy... it was strangely hard even though the batter was cooked just right.
Chips were a good portion but nothing fancy to rave about.
I gave them 1.5 stars for their fish quality and drowning the meals in salt WITHOUT asking if the customer wanted them salted.
Would I go back to Roj Kebabs shop? No.
A couple of years ago the kebabs here were really delish - fast forward to 2017 and the kebabs are now average at best. Chicken kebab with the lot - Bread was a bit dry, could barely taste any sauce and how you can get hot chips wrong is beyond me (tasted very strange as though they had freezer burn). Can't speak for their other offerings but there are much nicer kebab offerings in Perth.
