Rokbonki Japanese Steak House

We had to wait a long time to be seated and the restaurant was very noisy. The customer service was poor as my grandson ordered one item but was brought something completely different. When we informed the staff, they did not apologize and brought him another incorrect item. We were charged for both meals, which we decided to leave. Additionally, we were celebrating a birthday but were disappointed when it was not acknowledged. The high prices have deterred us from returning in the future. Overall, we will not be going back to this restaurant.

We have been going here for as long as I can remember for every birthday in my family! My favorite restaurant. The Mai Tai’s are amazing. You can’t find egg yolk sauce better anywhere else!!! Filet mignon is yummy! We brought our son here for his first birthday and my husband and I are continuing the birthday tradition with our family

After a team building event, I took my team to this restaurant and it was perfect! The food was delicious, the atmosphere was conducive to casual conversation, and the staff was fun and friendly. I will definitely come back again.

Been dining here for years. Since new owners, the service is off. Too many new cooks and servers that do not seem to like people. The food is good but prices too high for a family dinner. Special occasions only for us. Réservez une table maintenant

Been going here for 20 years! The best Hibachi around! Now open for lunch...was there today! Absolutely fantastic! Thanks John for a great meal!
