Rollin Smoke Barbeque

I was beginning to lose hope that Vegas had any decent American BBQ, but boy am I so glad I got a chance to try this place out! They have an extensive menu and all the meats we tried from the brisket, pork ribs, beef ribs and even all the sides were fantastic! I believe this place would even hold his own back in Texas where I'm from. This is now going to be a staple in my list of regular dine out places, and I'm looking forward to coming back. Great value for the price, especially in this barbecue desert of Las Vegas Pro tip: this is a heavy meal, so the portions are suitable for sharing. Bring a friend!

I ate BBQ and this place was recommended by a friend. We were Friday night, so it was full! Fortunately, there are enough seats inside and outside. I was so indecision to order as the menu consists of many delicious dishes! We ordered two duo plates. Our selection of meat included brisket, pulled pig, ribs and chicken. Potato salad and Coleslaw for our pages. Banana pudding for dessert. I enjoyed every bite! Waiting for our food was not bad and the service was friendly. I would definitely be back for more!

A friend recommended that we stop here on our car through Vegas and it was such a good choice. The Bbq is made so good, especially the ribs. Too much good food on a plate. We have the Pit Special to try a bit of everything and it is probably the way to go for the first time. It was more than enough between two people.

Go! The food was fantastic, the staff and the service were great. The checkout was so friendly! There's so much fun watching. Ask her for a sweet ****. I ordered a salad and even the original came with Carolina vinegar. I also added BBQ sauce from which they have a few different.

Very easy to see why this place is so high. The food is EXCELLENT. Large portions with some very creative menu choices. I found a new must-have in Las Vegas! Will be back several times to visit the rest of the menu. It's great... just super!
