Romano's Macaroni Grill Seal Beach

I have eaten at several other Macaroni Grills. This experience was totally not good service! Sat 3 of us with two menus. No silverware even after we asked for it. Table next to us was serviced two times to our one. Had to ask for refills and was brought wrong drink after long wait. My son got the all you can eat salad and had to finally go to the kitchen to ask for another. It was finally served by another server after our meal was half over. Food took extra long to be served. I did not like the fillet of sole and the rice or ?side was really weird tasting. Couldnt eat it. My daughter in laws Chicken Marsala was rubbery and tuff. The bread was good but it was difficult to share with three people...it was one soft large roll. No sharp cutting knife was supplied. I will not be going back.

I love to create my own pasta here . We had a party of 8 and 5 of us created our own pasta. We had a Vegan and two Vegetarians in our mix, so create your own pasta is always a great option. There are plenty different choices from pasta, sauce and veggies. I did also get the decadent chocolate cake to celebrate my birthday, which was truly decadent. I loved the toffee chips on top. I'll be back for sure!

The bar has a decent happy hour as well as providing access to the full menu. Their two meals for $40 deal offers an acceptable selection, two drinks ANY choice, and shared desert. Only complaint is that the bar area can be understaffed and if it 's crowded there 's waiting involved. If you don 't like the noise of sports bars this place is more subdued but still enjoyable.

A beautiful selection of Italian theme dishes. Starting with basic pastas and salads all the way to more elaborate chicken, beef and veal dishes. The food and the atmosphere is a step up from the chains like the olive garden, but still favorable.

I am regularly in the Annapolis (Maryland) MG. Consistent excellent staff, excellent service, excellent food. I've been here for more than six years.
