Romano's Macaroni Grill Seal Beach

Our reservation was at 5:30 we were seated shortly after that. They were already running out of food from the Christmas menus but were not told until our order was put in. The same thing happened with the desert part of their menus. There were only 2 things left to choose from that was after we had already put our order in. Food was good though. It took the waitress almost 15 minutes to bring our check back with a bag. I had to ask another waitress to track her down. On our way out we stopped to use the restroom that wasn’t stocked. Handicap had no T/P the one next to it didn’t have much. I mentioned it to a girl on the way out, at the front desk, she didn’t seem too concerned.

I made a reservation for Valentine's Day, but when I arrived, we had to wait to be seated. We ended up waiting for an hour without being seated. What's the point of having a reservation if you still have to wait so long? Eventually, we decided to leave and found a nearby restaurant where we were seated right away.

Our food was exceptionally oily. The servers did not wait until all members of our party finished their soup and salad. They never asked if we needed more bread for a table of 4. One member of our party got sick from the mushroom ravioli! No more Macaroni Grill for us!

My calamari was cold sent it back and they refried instead of redoing it. I asked Medium on my $30.00 steak and it was overcooked not happy. Server was super nice. Réservez une table maintenant

I've never had a bad meal here! This is my third visit in a row, and I'm still just as impressed. The Brussels sprouts are fantastic!
