I ordered a spinach and onion pizza through door dash and was given a pizza with onions and chicken on it. When I called, they told me I have to handle the refund through doordash which I completely understand. But they didn’t offer to deliver a new pizza to me.. I know they have drivers and have that capability. I won’t be ordering from here again and I don’t recommend this location. One time I went to pick up my order and waited 5 minutes at the counter because no one was paying attention.
Edit: Zero stars for this location. Pretty sure delivery person took my pickup order but they weren't transparent with me at the store. Ended up about a 1 hr wait for pickup order with an initial ETA of 25 minutes. Kicker was the person who walked in while I was parking, placed an in person order, and ended up getting their order before me.Original review: Great pizza, typically forgets sauces and other items that you are charged extra for though.
Told me the reason half my cheese pizza was missing cheese is because I didn't pay for extra cheese. Said it's weighed and that's correct for normal cheese not to cover the pizza. Went to the hard road location, ordered normal cheese, and it was perfect. This location isn't worth your time. Hard road is the only real Romeo's left.
They took my money and my order never came to my house . They didn’t even call me . I wish I could give them one star. I’m just so disappointed that I depended on them and my kids were disappointed as well cause they didn’t get pizza like I told them they would . Recently moved to the area and wanted to try a new pizza place. This sure did not disappoint. Ordered a pepperoni pizza, Buffalo pizza and cheesy breadsticks. Pizza was delish, Buffalo had the right amount of spice and the pizza sauce was so good and slightly sweet which I like.
Ummmmm . . So good. The crust is delicious. Many varieties to choose from. Offer additional American food. There salad is tasty. You get a lot of food for your money. Try the Capone sauce on your pizza.
They were rude and disrespectful. The two managers (the girl and man) refused to clarify their names and contact information of district manager. The food was cold and disgusting.
