Very very bad experience with Roody's Burger who crashed us 4 days before the event for which they had committed because they found an event with more guests... I contacted them at the beginning of October for a surprise birthday, they told me that they were available and I confirmed the service to them 10 days before by telephone. They tell me that they are sending me a link to pay the deposit, which I do not receive despite my multiple reminders. Four days before the birthday, I receive an email (attached) announcing that they have found a service with more guests which will bring them more money. No solution was provided to me obviously... Very unprofessional and absolutely not trustworth...
Nous avons choisi la cuisine de Roody's Burger pour déjeuner le jour après notre mariage, nous avons sélectionné 3 burgers et les 3 étaient excellents (steak, poulet et végétarien), les invités l'aimaient aussi et Rodolphe ajoute la petite touche supplémentaire qui fait la différence: son énergie et une bonne humeur. Je recommande fortement. Nous sommes très heureux d'avoir fait ce choix. Type de repas: Déjeuner
We privatized Roody's for our son's baptism. Adults and children were delighted with their meal. The boss is super nice, the burgers are delicious as well as the salads, wraps, etc... As a result, my wife and I have become loyal customers of Roody's for our romantic Burger evenings ! Personally I recommend the Teyrannais (Beef, mustard goat cheese and honey) and the Aloha with chicken. Service: Take out
Order by telephone and quick collection on site in impeccable Teyran. Excellent burger (I recommend the Aloha) and chef's dish (pad thai) with fresh, good quality products.
