I gave this restaurant one star because the host was extremely rude and disrespectful. I came here to watch a fight and simply asked for a table in front of a TV. Instead, she took me to a different table and when I asked if I could have a different one, she grabbed the menus and other utensils and slammed them on the table. I said thank you, but she just walked away. I understand that customer service can be stressful, but not everyone is cut out for it.
My boyfriend and I dined in, we weren't attended for a full 20 minutes, no server came to us so we switched to the bar area, and saw a family get sat at the table we were at and were attended immediately by a girl with black long hair. We finish eating by the bar and the bar girl was still taking forever to give us our bill, I just wanted to leave and she had the audacity to ask if we needed anything else when our plates were already gone.
Food was great. We did get carded to get in which is fine. I accidentally grabbed my expired id and they almost did not let me in even though I told them I wasn't drinking, I was the driver for my friends. But it all worked out and we had a great time.*Just wanted to add I have no problem with them carding and it was totally my fault for grabbing the wrong ID. I do respect their policy and yeah!! ?
Didnt let my friend in because he had a “Mexican ID” and they didn’t know if he was illegal. How do you guys not know if he’s just visiting?? And why does it matter what his status is here?? Security guy even tried to be funny about it and tried to talk to us in Spanish saying “lo siento”. Réservez une table maintenant
If you get to the NW Burbs, stop by Rookies in Hoffman Estates! Great food, great service and great management!

The all-you-can-eat cod fish fry on Fridays is absolutely delicious! I highly recommend it—10/10!
