This review is hyper specific to ONE obnoxious server/bartender. Everyone else here is great. My last years experiences with Diana have always been cold and rude. She’s never been nice, always cold…however I want to preface this before I share my horrible experience bc I’m a great client who frequents this place at least 2x a week. We tip great and are pleasant loyal customers. Diana has had an ungrateful attitude for a while almost like she rules the roost. On Sunday my fiancé and I went to a late brunch around 1:45pm. This is the second time I came to this place and the bar maid was flat out disrespectfully. I think her name was Diana. She act as if she is the owner and even when I asked for the owner to speak about her attitude she told me it’s no one else to speak with. I refuse to spend my money somewhere I am not respected. The food is good but the service is TRASH!!!!! Please don’t go to this please expecting good service.
I enjoyed the food and drinks but the bar waitress Diana was extremely rude. She had an attitude everytime I asked her something. She made my first experience there so horrible that I had to write a review to make others aware of her behavior before they go there. Someone needs to speak with her about having better customer service. She will be the cause for people not coming back to this place.
The best brunch place in the suburbs! I've been visiting since 2000, and the food has always been outstanding. The service is great too, particularly Diane, who knows how to make the patio atmosphere really enjoyable!

I visited this restaurant for the first time on a Saturday, and I was promptly greeted by Diana, the bartender. She was incredibly friendly and engaging! I’ll definitely be returning!
Diana and Anna were the best service I have ever come across..we came in with over 20 people and they accommodated all of us. Thank you roosters for having the best team ever.?
New to the area, we were served by Diana and Anna, they sure made a fun time time and food was great. Professional, kind service. We will be back to see them.
At first thought it was just a bar. The restaurant is upstairs and you will find some good fish. I definitely recommend ordering the fish

Roosters bar-and-grill has excellent food and you can even gamble there, go there and check it out.
The outdoor seating area is pleasant, but there were quite a few smokers around.
