To start, Roots did not honor our reservation, telling us to sit wherever we pleased. We had come for a live music event starting at 5:00, arriving at 4:50, but we were not served for thirty minutes due to only one server on duty. Once two more servers started their shifts, things improved. The food was decent, hot, and tasty, but not all requests were fulfilled, such as my request for fresh, hot coffee at the time of booking.
