This place was poppin on a Friday night. Filled with chic patrons of all walks, this West Hollywood hot spot is located next to EP LP Rooftop on the busy Melrose and La Cienega corner. Parking is terrible so valet is certainly your best bet if driving yourself. The Modern Peruvian menu had some really great dishes and the cocktail list was awesome. Had dinner here a couple weeks ago. It was my second time going. Love the ambiance of the restaurant hanging plants, dimmed lighting, small but nice bar. I started with a mezcal cocktail the quita calzón. The drink was well mixed and I appreciate that it was a craft cocktail that actually was worth the $15 price tag, which is surprisingly on the “lower” end of the price spectrum for LA/Weho. Made a same-day reservation for a Friday night and had a great experience. My party of 3 tried: Passionfruit pisco sour Kanpachi ceviche Lomo saltado Corazon anticucho (beef heart skewers Camarones (prawns Passionfruit tart Bon bonsThe pisco sours were perfect, and my favorite dishes were the ceviche and passionfruit tart. The meat in the lomo saltado was a little over cooked, but overall everything was great. The sommelier (potential a co-owner? was also amazing. 4.5 stars.
Rosaline is always our chosen spot for my roommates and me. The value and quality of the food are unbeatable. We always order one paella to share, and we end up with leftovers to enjoy the next day. The portions are generous for two people and just right for three. I constantly crave their delicious food, as the flavors are rich and everything is cooked perfectly. The food, drinks, service, and atmosphere are all excellent!

I recently dined at this restaurant for the first time and had a fantastic experience. The drinks were top-notch and the bartender was excellent, even creating a special drink for me. The staff members were attentive and polite from the moment we arrived until we left. I would definitely return and highly recommend this place to my loved ones. Overall, I would rate the food as 5/5.
This restaurant has absolutely delicious food! The eggplant mousse we got was my favorite- it was so flavorful and probably my favorite dish of the night. The ceviche was fresh and had a great marinade. The one thing we’d pass on in the future was the paella. It was good paella, but it just wasn’t anything to write home about when every other dish had a beautiful flavor pallet.
I was really excited to eat here. Sadly all the fish we ordered came out very fishy and had to send it back. The food overall is really good and the vibe is great. The paella is highly recommended it’s really good and it will feed about 3 people to be honest. All the food portions is well portioned. I would for sure god back really liked this place.
This restaurant is a new and interesting dining experience with unique flavors that are definitely worth a try. They offer valet parking for convenience. While I can't speak to the authenticity of the dishes, I can say that they are quite tasty. Overall, I would give the food a rating of 4 out of 5.

Service was amateurish. Our bottle of wine was taken to be iced and our glasses were topped off once during a two hour meal and the remaining 1/3 was poured after the meal was over. Price of wine was different on the QR code than the printed menu and I have no idea what we weee charged.
Incredibly delicious food! The presentation of Paella was perfect as every bite of it! I enjoyed the interior and welcoming service as well!
