I loved going to this diner with my family when I was a child, so I looked forward to having another good experience. I walked in at about 4pm and was given a booth. I watched three wait/cleanup staff stand around talking, and I wasn't even offered water,even though the Diner was not crowded in any way. I figured they wanted to not step on the wait staff responsible for my booth,so I didn't give it any more thought at that time. I ordered a Chicken wrap, fries with gravy and coffee. The waitress offeredme water, and I thought that things were looking up. I felt more positive when the waitress told me that she was just waiting onmy wrap. When we first got there there was nobody in front of us to be seated. The hostess was doing something behind the counter, never acknowledged us so we waited a few min. As we were waiting to order a few more people were starting a line at this pointwaiting. I had a window seat so I saw a couple and a family turn around and leave because of the line that has formed for noreason. A few min after that the hostess seated everyone at once. Not like there were no tables available. Now on to the food.They are known for the burgers but they are nothing to talk about. They are decent size but they are frozen premade store boughtpatties. Not home made. And we asked for them med and they were well done....

Great stop on the way? omg, that Reuben burger- that was amazing. Many burger options actually, and we wanted to try a few so we shared and it was worth it. The omelette wrap was super tasty too. Only downside was that the sweet potato fries were cut toothick and the pricing was a bit confusing (bring cash! . Friendly waiter and nice atmosphere. A classic

I love everything about this diner. From the service to the food to the decor. We stopped for the Tesla charger but stayed for the memories. Will definitely be back to sample more of the menu.

My favorite diner upstate they have Tesla chargers in the parking lot and the prices can't be beat. They also have homade cheesecake. The place is super clean and the staff is friendly.
