beautiful atmosphere, friendly staff, wonderful eating best we can take the dogs inside! we were sitting next to the bar/door the dogs were always up to welcome the people who were so asked whether we could be moved further inside, a coworker moved around, so we were no longer in the way. nothing seemed to be a disturber. will come back in any case.

beautiful old English pub. very friendly staff. great service will be the food prepared for the spatialities of fresh local ingredients that are prepared by the excellent. so much we sent our compliments to the chef. this was our first visit and we look forward to a new visit. ps. dogs are welcome, so let's take a second.

had a few dozen on Sunday afternoons, they are beautiful, 2 huge puppies of pate for beginners, 4 slices of roast beef with all fresh veg really gravy, not forget a plentiful size yorkshire pudding. also nice hot.
