Leila was great from the very beginning to the end. We received timely responses on our questions and she never made us feel like we were bothering her. The sample cake itself we requested was more than what we were expecting. I sent her a picture of a cake that my husband and I liked for our daughter's 7th bday and I let her know that I don't expect it to look the exact same but just wanted to give her an idea for the carnival theme wanted. Leila is so creative. All I had to do was give her the theme Encanto and she just came up with the most perfect design. She has a wide variety of cake and frosting flavors to choose from. Our chocolate cake with Oreo filling was so moist and delicious. It was a hit with both the adults and the kids! Thank you Leila for making the perfect birthday cake for my baby girl!

Best bakery ever! Great customer service. For my son's birthday, at first I asked for a simple cake and the order was confirmed. But I changed my mind to a very challenging cake. Laila was very nice. She said yes and did a great job. Both taste and appearance were great. They also have delivery. I highly recommend Rose Bakery.
