I needed catering for Christmas Eve and chose this restaurant. The furnishings were excellent and the food was great - fresh and well made. The Rosa Salat was particularly delicious. I ordered a variety of items including Eggplant Parmesan, Chicken Marsala, Roast Beef, Meatballs, and Tortellini, and they were all incredibly tasty. Overall, the experience was above average. The staff was easy to work with and very attentive to detail - nothing was missing.
I was served raw chicken at this restaurant! I ordered wings and a steak sandwich. After biting into a wing, I almost threw up. I was hesitant to bring it back since the staff member was not friendly to begin with. I had to cook the sandwich and wings at home to ensure they were fully cooked, which defeats the purpose of ordering takeout. I recommend asking for everything to be well done. Takeout service for lunch.
I was in charge of arranging a lunch meeting with my boss and we decided to order from Roses. The staff had no complaints about the food, everyone was satisfied and enjoyed the meal. The presentation was lovely and the food was served in a clean manner. Despite placing a large last-minute order, everything was perfect and delivered on time. We will definitely be ordering from Roses again in the near future.
The food at this restaurant is delicious. They serve the best chicken in the area and their bread for subs is exceptional. The corned beef sandwich was also good, especially with the addition of pickles. While I wasn't a fan of the pickles personally, the subs and chicken dishes are outstanding here. Overall, a great spot for a tasty meal.
Thank you to the staff at Roses for making sandwich trays and wings for our gender reveal party. The owners son sat with me and my husband and helped us customize a mix of hot and cold sandwich trays for our party. The mix of sandwiches were such a hit and I was happy there were leftovers for us to eat later :
The hoagie was delicious. The staff was friendly and efficient. We opted for takeout for our dinner. The price per person was between $10 and $20. The food and service both earned a rating of 4, while the atmosphere was rated 3. A recommended dish is the South Philly hoagie.
