When I find a restaurant or business I enjoy, I usually share it with others. Today, my husband expressed a craving for tuna, and Rose’s immediately came to mind. I typically order from there at work, so he had never tried it before. I ordered a tuna sandwich with cheese and extra mayo, requesting that the bread be toasted and the cheese melted. I discovered this place on TikTok thanks to a reviewer, and I just had to give it a try. You know that feeling when you see a photo that makes your mouth water? That’s exactly what happened to me with their Italian sub, and it turned out to be even better than I imagined! A huge factor in that is their incredible fresh bread; good quality bread can really elevate a sandwich. The pizza is fantastic as well, and I also tried the tuna salad bowl, which pleasantly exceeded my expectations. This might just become my new go-to sandwich shop! 10/10!

This is definitely one of the best spots for thick crust Sicilian pizza. During my time working in Kearny, this was the go-to place for top-notch pizza. I particularly love their sweet sauce, which is just perfect here. Rosa's uses the finest ingredients, creating an incredible pizza that's generously topped with sauce. Even if you have leftovers the next day, it still tastes fresh and delicious.

Parking can be busy, but there are plenty of spots available. As for kid-friendliness, it's clear that many of the staff are dads, uncles, and sons—definitely a welcoming environment for families. The restaurant is wheelchair accessible, with ground-level tables that accommodate those in wheelchairs.
I a.m. 45 years old and have been going since I was 15. I used to ride my bike there with my friends. The food and service have always been amazing. I suggest the Italian sub with the works including the mayo, oil and vinegar. Yes, please trust me !!!!
Hands down the best Italian sub you will find anywhere. #8 with mayo is my go to every single time I walk into this establishment.
