Rosso Coffee Roasters — 17th Ave

Great spot, coffee and food were all phenomenal. Roaster is a multiple time Canadian champion, they have a great drip, and did the v60 pourover perfectly. I tried the cherry bomb, cherry notes came out so well. Coffee was super tasty and the cup came out not only well balanced, but very juicy with the fruity notes. Latte art was also incredibly sophisticated, sorry it wasn't pictured. Thank you to the crew for the hospitality and the great flavors. We loved the coffee and the downtown vibe. Unfortunately we weren't really happy with the ground coffee we took home, but that just means we can go for a walk for coffee more often.
