We have been past this place countless times filled with so many customers, and finally decided we should get a booking on a Sunday night to try it for ourselves. It was surprisingly busy for a Sunday night and we finally knew for ourselves why. From the start, service was lovely. We had an attentive waiter who served us when we were ready, so we didn't feel rushed. We had to burrata to start with and it was tasty. The mains were delicious; the fettuccine was so good and the diavoli pizza had just the right amount of toppings with the perfect crust. We were too full to try deserts but will be back!
We’ve passed by this place countless times and finally decided to give it a try. The atmosphere is very casual and welcoming. We ordered polenta, a calzone, and a pizza, and we seriously underestimated the portion sizes! The calzone is enormous, packed with generous fillings, and the dough is just right—not too moist or dry. The potato pizza is delightful as well; it's smoky without being burnt. Everything we tried was delicious. Although the prices may seem a bit high, the portion sizes definitely make it worthwhile. We will definitely be back!
What can I say about Rosso Italian at Gladesville after now the third time I’ve been. Each time I’ve gone the food and service has been sensational. After only 3 visits they even greet me by name. In terms of running a successful restaurant with great food they definitely tick all the boxes. I highly recommend Rosso Italian. Looking forward to my next visit which has already been planned. We just moved in the area and our neighbour decided to take our kids to the big bash game. So kinda dinner date, I chosed Rosso, oh boy... what a great decision. The staffs were super friendly, they had great knowledge of their food and the service was outstanding. We will definitely go back with out kids next time.

Had my birthday dinner with three others and as usual the food was 1st class as was the service. I've been going back to Rosso Italian since it opened and have never been disappointed. I will continue to go back to this great suburban restaurant. Keep up the great work Elio and staff.

The food and service are absolutely fantastic! The owner, Elio, is incredibly attentive, and the staff is wonderful. I've returned many times since my first visit! I highly recommend it!

I enjoyed the food, especially the pizza. The service was friendly and prompt, and the atmosphere was pleasant. I plan to return and sample more items from the menu.
