We just love Rosti in Santa Monica – hands down, the best Italian dining experience in town. Every dish on the menu is a culinary masterpiece, but the Drunk Shrimp pasta is a true standout, a symphony of flavors that leaves your taste buds singing. A special acknowledgment to Dylan, the maestro of hospitality at Rosti. His passion for the restaurant industry shines through in impeccable service, making our dining experience truly exceptional. Rosti and Dylan together create an unbeatable combination that keeps us coming back for more.
Came here for a late lunch on our way back from Malibu. We sat outside which gives you a view of the street while enjoying some fresh air. The bruschetta came with some cheese and arugula which was a nice touch. I ordered the caprese sandwich and unfortunately it was drier and blander than I would have preferred. Next time, I would order something else off the menu.
love eating here. we order the top (italiano, which I believe he has called) for the exit and never disappointed. the caffe is always packed so we eat at home, but the mood is so beautiful. they have indoor and outdoor and the pasta is also great. pizza here is huge and feeds 5-6 people unless they have hungry related then feeding it 2-3 people.

the menu is enormous and we had difficulty deciding because there were so many things we wanted to try. we had to start the pfirsich burrata crostini, which was not disappointed, and then the arugula and cowardly salad with steak, also amazing. a really delicious lunch in a wonderful place. a new favorite!
This restaurant is wonderful! The staff is very friendly, the food is fresh and delicious. The menu offers a wide variety of options to choose from, including a gluten-free section with many choices. They also have options for vegans and much more. We had a fantastic experience at this restaurant.
Great patio spot for lunch. Food was good, pretty basic but good. Would go again. Staff was really friendly and place is fairly priced.
Delicious food, great atmosphere and amazing stuff. It was a great experience and I'll definitely be dining there again.
