We went there at 20:30, about 60% of the restaurant was full. They tell us that we can't go in because, although there are many free tables, they don't want to stress the cook with a lot of work; it is therefore not a limitation due to the COVID issue. He tells us to come back in 45 minutes, but they don't reserve a table: in other words, come back in 45 minutes and I probably won't let you in either... 0 desire to facilitate the customer... The manager didn't feel like working too much; we left, good decision.
My partner and I have been in Baqueira for a few days, in Garós. We have dined here two nights and we couldn 't be more satisfied. The pizzas are fantastic, like few others, and above all added to the magnificent treatment of the staff, specifically the maitre d ' Juan , who has treated us excellently. We will return, without a doubt. 100% recommended.
Very good service, very friendly and attentive waiters. The food was excellent, we had a burrata pizza and a vegetable wok for dinner, all great!
