I have ordered from Rôtisseries Au Coq Laval several times, and on three occasions, they delivered my meal to the wrong address despite me clearly providing the correct information with additional instructions to avoid any confusion. Each time, I ended up waiting over an hour, and they have refused to offer any credit or compensation. I was really looking forward to enjoying their menu, but this repeated issue has been very disappointing.
This is my first time giving a one-star review. When I asked how long it would take, I was told 5-7 minutes, but it ended up taking 40 minutes for just one chicken burger trio. It was not worth the wait. The burger was very greasy, with more batter than meat, and drenched in sauce. The bun was the only good part. The cashier was very friendly, but the kitchen quality needs improvement.
