Rouge - Réservation de table

I was disappointed that I had to present my vaccine passport upon entry. It was my birthday when I visited this restaurant. We ordered a variety of appetizers and main dishes to share. Unfortunately, the portions were smaller than my previous visit. The fish was not up to par and the calamari was overly greasy. The spring rolls were also smaller than expected. However, the main dishes were decent, although not outstanding. There was a waiter who kept refilling our water glasses, but he was annoying and even accidentally spilled water on my friend. He would also attempt to clear our plates prematurely, often touching the leftover food.

Soup is very hot and quite tasty. The spring roll delicious, and do try the chicken eggplant, miam, miam, never tasted a dish that good and never thought chicken could be so well married with eggplant! Much better than parmigiana. You can also have it a little spicy, spicy or very spicy or simply not spicy at all. For once, I did clean my plate:-)You can also have the chicken pineapple with ... malaysian sauce I think. I was told that it is succulent too. This dish is served in a pineapple, with small pieces of pineapple and chicken sauteed with the sauce. Prices in this restaurant doesn't come cheap but worth it.

I visited this restaurant 3 on a recent business trip, mainly because I could get there from the hotel without going outside. The first time I went the food wasn't cooked and some of the noodles were still hard and stuck together (Chow Mein). The second time it was lovely cooked perfectly and tasted great (Chicken Satay). And the third time it tasted good but was very greasy and left me feeling quite sick (Salt and Pepper Pork). The staff are all really friendly and it's a good place to go if you just want a quiet meal.

This is one of my favorite restaurants of all time. When you are searching for the perfect dining experience, Rouge is the place to go. The service is exceptional and attentive. The food is so delicious that you will be daydreaming about returning. The location is also fantastic. I would highly recommend bringing all my friends and family so they can experience a piece of paradise.

Rouge at the Dix30 offers excellent Asian cuisine. Prices are moderate and the ambiance is classy. The table d'hôte offers great meal choices for appetizer, main meal and dessert. Well worth the visit. Been there a few times and have never left disappointed.

The food was excellent. A bit expensive for asian cuisine. Did not give 5 stars because the hostess was not pleasant and as it started getting busy service got slow. They need more staff.

why do people go there...I love asian food , but this was just terrible, nothing seems fresh....Left there really disapointed

Have been to this place a few times over the years, calling it Asisn Fusion is a pretty generous term.
