We were craving for hotpot and decided to try this place since there were so many positive reviews. The first thing I noticed was the smell . There was an unpleasant smell once I walked in like old wood or old building kinda smell. We were seated right away which was great. The sauce dish they use is very old and sticky. Also, the meat was still frozen when they bought it out for us. We had to wait for it to thaw. Some of the foods on the conveyor are also frozen and not fresh. Service was just ok. Food was great and the atmosphere was chill. Best part was the amazing service though. Staff was super friendly and even though we came late, they let us stay past closing time to finish our food and didn’t pressure us. Extremely friendly and kind. It's a sushi conveyor belt style hot pot place. Each person has their own boiling pot, and with dinner they bring you half a lobster tail. Being able to reach onto the conveyor belt and pull out menu items was kind of amazing. Came here a couple of times and the food has been really good and the customer service has been decent. One of the times the customer service was really good and the other time it was like they forgot I was there. Overall it was a good experience
