Round Table Pizza - Réservation de table

I've ordered pickup from this restaurant a couple of times a year without any major issues. However, tonight I placed an order through their website and received a confirmation on the order page, but I didn't get the usual email confirmation. Concerned that it might have been a glitch, I decided to call the restaurant to check if my order had gone through. Unfortunately, I was hung up on by staff twice. They were laughing and unaware that I could hear them thinking I was on hold. On my third call, I learned that they hadn't received my pizza order because they had disabled online orders due to being overwhelmed. There was no notification about this on their website. This round table us had consistent service and food every time I come. I order on the app and the pizza is always ready at the promised time. Employees are friendly and it seems there’s a good comradely between them which makes for a great customer experience. The only negative I could say is that the location is a bit sketchy at times. Homeless and trash can litter the parking lot (but honestly, thats anywhere in Sacramento) — this has never effected the cleanliness inside this round table. Overall happy with my every experience here.

The sizes of the pizzas are deceiving!!! Ordered a medium pizza and it was basically a small, probably why they have a large and an extra large. The extra large is probably what a large should be. $20 for a very small pizza. Toppings were sparse also. Only reason I ordered from round table is because Mountain Mike's was closed. Never again. Ripped off!!! Go to Mountain Mike's if you want quality for your money!!!

The staff at this location is fantastic. We had a large group and spent several hours playing board games from 3 PM until closing time. They were incredibly attentive and made sure to meet all of our needs. It was a wonderful experience in a great atmosphere! Réservez une table maintenant

I visited for the lunch buffet, and I was really impressed! Everything was delicious and fresh. However, the dining area could benefit from more entertainment, such as music or additional TVs. Other than that, the staff was professional and friendly.

I was pleasantly surprised to find fresh mushrooms on my pizza. This was my first time at this restaurant. After living in NYC for 28 years, I can be quite particular about my pizza, haha! I'm back with a personal preference.

I was very happy to discover Fresh Mushrooms on my Pizza. I've never been here. I lived in NYC for 28 years. I'm extremely Pizza Picky lol. I'll be back for a Personal Pie.

This place used to be wonderful with all that dark wood interior and excellent pizza. Now it is a dirty, ugly, puce fabric den of dreadful, fake pizza. What a loss. Réservez une table maintenant

Fast service if you call ahead. Great food. Creepy denisons of the parking lot in this area.
