I am editing my review a week later to give five stars to Maria. After providing feedback, the wait time for phone-in orders improved significantly. Maria provided great service and she deserves the recognition. I am hoping that Maria’s work ethic inspires her fellow coworkers. Very unhappy with this location. I am never able to get through on the phones to order. Today, while waiting outside, I called and watch a worker put me on hold. They have two workers in the front and four to the back side. No one was taking orders from the phone. I left a message to corporate as well. The workers were unapologetic and rude. The lady worker was rude and did not care if our order was not taken by phone...
Service was inconsistent, with several beer taps not working and a confusing ordering process. Overall, it was an okay experience after a long day at the Oakland Zoo. We were a group of 14, and the ordering process felt unnecessarily complicated. Since we were hungry, most people thought the food was pretty good. We ordered the classic family pack.
The large King Arthur's Supreme Pizza was absolutely delicious and cooked to perfection! It arrived at my home promptly and was still hot. I had a fantastic experience with both the restaurant and the delivery service. I will definitely order from this place again!
It would be great if they could double-check the orders. I ordered ranch dipping sauce for my garlic twists but didn't receive any. I even paid extra for the ranch dipping sauce and still didn't get it. This happens every time—I always end up missing something.

I ordered from Round Table Pizza through their website, and upon arrival, my pizza was ready, hot, and exactly as I requested. The taste was fantastic! I’ll definitely be back to explore more from their menu.
I ordered takeout online, and my food was ready even before the estimated time. I was thrilled to pick up my order and be on my way in under five minutes.
