Route No. 73 Brew Chew

I took three friends there today 5/7/2022 because I had such a good experience about a year ago. Not anymore. The four of us requested medium and medium rare. The server assured us that the burgers would be cooked as requested. That's what really pissed my friend off. Not that the burgers were overcooked. But the fact that the server was flippant about how the burgers would be cooked to the desired temperature. None of us ordered well done burgers, but we all got well done. Definitely not the best burgers in Illinois by a long shot. Not going there again.

Not enough vegan or vegetarian choices in menu.No wrap sandwiches like there used to be from previous restaurant.Theres bottled Pure leaf tea choices...

I took my husband here to try their Pb j burger. I was tempted to try it myself so we both ordered one and they were delicious! Highly recommended...
