Philz Coffee is a laid-back coffee shop providing sustainable coffee, baked goods, and health-conscious light fare. Philz specializes in coffee blends made from sustainably sourced green beans from around the world, and roasted in Oakland. Best known for their Mint Mojito, a refreshing iced coffee made with muddled fresh mint. The location on Polk street has amply indoor seating and a customized iconic San Francisco mural. Staff was extremely friendly, efficient, and outgoing, and even offered me a warm welcome to the neighborhood.
I love this place so much. I am here every weekend to finish work that I would be bored to do at home. The barista is great and always has good suggestions. I am able to get 2-3 hours of focused work done here. I only wish they had beer for when it's the evening.

I accidentally discovered this incredible smoothie in San Francisco. It is seriously the best I have ever tasted. If you happen to be in the city, make sure not to overlook it!
