Royal Oak is a Greene King Pub in Harrow. Very nice and lively. I have come here a few times. The staff are really good too. They come and ask few times if everything is okay. They even made my food the way I told them. I can always come again in future. Thank You.
Poor customer service, rude manager who refused to give her name, she was very hostile overall. She refused to give me any information to give an accurate complaint but I would not want to come back to a “manager” who is bluntly rude and unprofessional!
Was there last Sunday and we were made to feel very welcome. A special thank you to the group of men who applauded him when he beat me at pool.
Slight delay on food, but was delicious and Chris was super friendly and accomodating to our large group. The pub quiz was well run Réservez une table maintenant
Enjoyed delicious fish and chips while watching live sports on their big screens. I've added it to my barguide.london site too!
Wings were tasteeee (I would have liked an option to try all tge flavours ; Very good quiz night. Teams here for the fun !
