My orders here are incorrect more than they are correct. Today I asked for an American sub. Told him what i wanted on it. All good. He asked if i wanted it toasted. I said NO thank you. I get the order and it looked toasted to me. I called them up andwas told i know you didn 't want it toasted, i just heated it up, i didn 't toast it! I called her up and was told that I knew you didn't want it roasted, I just heated it up, I didn't get it! It's not even a cold sub. It is even under the cold part of the menu. He just said they told him to wear it. He's just the cook. Only 2 examples of a story of false orders. The food is good... as long as they do it right.
Been coming here for a few weeks now after searching for a good pan pizza place near me. First, I tried their Greek salad and it was perfect! They make their own Greek dressing there so it's on point. We have tried the pizza and chicken fingers recently and the kids loved them. I prefer the pre packaged fingers but these ones were homemade and delicious too. I think what really stands out for me is their customer service. Even when they're busy and running around, they are nice and very friendly.
First time here. I 'll need to try again some time. Ordered a simple sub at the counter-the place was empty when I ordered- and it was obviously lost in the lunch rush and I stood around for 15 minutes for no reason (the AC was pretty much non existent).When I did get it, no Sorry given. Note, they also forgot to make the Door Dash order behind me as well. The sub was just ok.Maybe another try at some point. My search for a great Pizza shop in the Walpole-Norwood area goes on.

I called and ordered a large onion and pepper, pizza was excellent. However when I arrived to pick up, I was told I must have dialed the wrong number (another town perhaps) upon retrieving my phone and dialing the last number called thier phonerang..needless to say I had to wait for them to make it.
Great service food is made in a timely fashion. I just think the quality can be improved. I feel like at times they rush and for most people I wold think we like quality over anything.
I highly recommend This Pizza Place! It’s fantastic! They serve the best pizza in town. If you’re in the mood for delicious Greek pizza, this is the spot to go! Absolutely the best!
Royal Pizza has excellent food and excellent service. They took a large pizza order from me on the day of a birthday party. Pizza was delicious and right on time.
