Refuse to order there ever again constantly refused to answer their phone so they're phone will not actually move order from quality check to being delivered they have one job make pizza deliver pizza they can't even do that the company is going to loseall of its customers customers and realistically this domino's is the worst out of the 8 that are nearby The management nevertakes calls does not return calls and treats customers like garbage court corporate does not answer their phone nor return Callseither it is ridiculous that this is a business for the love of God no one go there you will not get your pizza they will stealyour money they will not return your money they are horrible people...
Reading the reviews I was very scared I?d get sick from eating their food but I?ve tried their pizza a couple times at my job when a coworker has ordered it and whatnot and ?.Well I was feeling very hungry and their pizza is light weight and it is prettygood in my opinion but not too good but it does hit different when you?re super hungry. The delivery took over an hour and Ithought they?d never arrive. I have ordered from Royal for years and years now. Not only is my food always hot, fresh, and correct, but my delivery time is incredibly fast. I have never been treated with anything but kindness and respect by the staff. So to the 1 star reviewers:maybe try tipping the delivery people if you want quicker service. You get what you pay for, especially in this economy. Edit:recently Royal changed their hours so that they close at 9pm on weeknights and 10pm on weekends, and that is just silly for apizza delivery service. My review will stay at 3 stars until it is fixed.
Do not order carryout online from this place. I ordered two cheese steak subs and two orders of fries for $54! It was ready when I got there, but they got the toppings wrong on both subs and they gave me seasoned fries when I ordered the regular kind. Theyalso add a charge for some kind of $1 donation with no way to de-select it! Not only does the food stink but they're alsopan-handling. I went there because it was nearby. Never again.

THey are going to get your order wrong. EIther wrong cut, worong toppings or something. Good chance they wont even cut it. As happened multiple times. Why do I keep ordering. THe fact they are the only one is a factor. Bottom line if you need poorquality food on short notice order here. If not go somewhere else.

Usually decent, but the quality has definitely slipped. The crust is bland now. Ordered a normal large today and it was basically thin crust, barley any sauce?. Wasn?t even as good as a frozen pizza?
Ordered pizza and it said it was ready. Came in 15 mins later and the pizza still wander ready. The lady told me 7 more mins, but I got a text 20 mins ago saying my pizza was ready. Smh
