I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. Upon entering, I felt uncomfortable as I was met with unfriendly stares. An older Hispanic woman kept looking and laughing while speaking in Spanish to a coworker, which made me feel excluded. Additionally, a male employee stared at me while handling my pizza, giving me uncomfortable looks that left me feeling unwelcome. As an African American woman, I sensed a negative atmosphere that felt prejudiced, which is quite disheartening. Furthermore, the pizza did not taste fresh. I won’t be returning. I would advise other Black individuals to think twice before visiting this place, as the environment felt unwelcoming.
Aside from the cashier informing me that I’ll be “asked a question”(as if I can’t read) before shoving the credit card reader in my face- and as we all know it means they want a tip for doing the “hard work” of ringing you up, this place is OK. However I won’t ever go back. I’ll go to a pizza place that doesn’t ask next time. Can’t support being put on the spot at all for doing nothing and even BEFORE I receive my food. The insanity and entitlement needs to stop.
The pizza taste was really good, yet? I did not find any similarity to NY pizza at all. The impression I got was that the owners are not around. Is like a place run by high schools kids. 12? Is over priced. Did not find the value. So Rubino?s is out! forme. ???? ???? Maybe? Just maybe this may be a good place for buy-in slices on the go!????
Nice people but food is pretty mediocre. Slice of pizza was way too greasy and had little flavor. Crust was meh. Wings tasted like they were previously frozen and not memorable. Won?t be back

The food was quite good overall. However, the mozzarella sticks were somewhat generic and had a slightly fishy taste.
We love your pizza, but tonight?s was very salty, couldn?t eat it. Hope you can resolve this problem for next time.
Rubino's food is very good and varied. We've eaten there for years and meals there won't break your wallet.
The food is excellent, and the staff makes a strong effort to ensure the order is completed correctly.
