12/26/21 worst service ever. Wait 30 min past pickup time on app to get my meal for it to be nasty. People behind counter had no idea how to make stuff and were looking through books to figure it out. They said 2 people called out which happens…but maybe shut the app down so people don’t order if you cannot fulfill the orders or close the place for the day. Fresno is only one I can go to in the future
Rubio's consistently offers fresh, delicious, and authentic food. Their original fish tacos are top-notch! In fact, everything I've tried from the menu has been fantastic. The restaurant is always clean, and the patio has a really comfortable vibe. Most importantly, you definitely get your money's worth here. On top of that, the staff is incredibly welcoming and friendly.
Usually, we receive our order in a three-compartment box that keeps all the ingredients separate, which makes it easier to assemble our own tacos. However, today everything was packed in a single compartment container, which resulted in all the ingredients being mixed together. This made for a less tidy presentation, and the quality of the lettuce was not very good.
All they care about is enforcing face diapers. Meanwhile California Fish Grill makes far better food and service is not discriminating. Can't wait to hear what restaurant replaces Rubios soon. Used to like Rubios but when all a company wants to do is not serve customers, its time for them to leave town. Réservez une table maintenant
Rubio's Coastal Grill offers a wonderful seaside dining atmosphere. The team is exceptionally friendly, making every visit enjoyable. Their menu features outstanding dishes, and I especially recommend trying their signature fish tacos!
The Shrimp Bacon Burrito is simply outstanding! Every ingredient is incredibly fresh, and the shrimp is cooked just right. I highly recommend it—definitely a 10 out of 10!
I really enjoyed the Baja beer-battered shrimp tacos! The only reason I rated it a star lower is that I didn't receive any sauce for my tacos.
We ordered plain fish tacos, but they arrived with all sorts of toppings. Also, the mango avocado salad came with shrimp instead of chicken. Réservez une table maintenant
They failed to include my salsa as ordered and my nachos were cold and the chips were stale. I will not order from them again
