Place just looks tired is the best way I can put it. We went once and were quite underwhelmed. As the kids would say, this restaurant is very “mid”. The service was pretty decent but the food was below average. There was no semblance of presentation and the burger just lacked that quality you should get in a sit down restaurant. Looked more like a late night Wendys burger. It’s a shame because I have lots of fond memories of this chain. The one that used to be in Jackson, TN was the go-to lunch meetup for me and my grandfather who passed 7 years ago. I think I understand why that location in Jackson, TN and many others went away. I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. The food was outstanding! I ordered the hickory bourbon salmon, which was cooked to perfection—flaky and full of flavor. The restaurant itself was clean and created a lovely atmosphere for dining. The only downside was my server, Bonnie. While she was polite, she didn’t bring all the items that were supposed to come with my dish. When I asked about my second side dish, she mentioned it only came with one, but I pointed out that the menu stated there should be two. The first beverage I ordered, a mango lemonade, was quite good, but the takeout drink I got was disappointing. Overall, I had a good dining experience and would definitely recommend...
First time eating here I got the salad bar and have to say it was pretty good and my wife and daughter got the $25 dollar deal two can eat for a $25 and they got the pasta and chicken and the mozzarella sticks to share and the atmosphere was okay but they need to remodel bad which lamp shades were there since the seventies it looked like with holes in them from being so old lol I can't tell you about the rest rooms but look like restaurant been there a long time but the food was good thoughVegetarian options: Well you have the vegetable salad bar
I waited 20 minutes for my water, only to have someone from the kitchen inform me that they were out of the steak I ordered. It took another 10 minutes for me to get my water. When my meal finally arrived, it was missing the broccoli I had requested. I wasn’t sure if the substitute for the steak meant I would only receive one side instead of two, as this was never explained.

The first time I went I got shrimp, fries, and a half a rack of baby back ribs. The fries was not done the shrimp were not good but the ribs was pretty good. I gave them another try I got a full rack of baby back ribs and fries. The ribs was okay but my friend was still not done and they didn't give me a lot of fries.

The food has consistently been excellent at most of the locations I've visited. They have undergone many changes lately, and I haven't had the chance to dine out much. However, I truly enjoyed the food while I could.
Employees were courteous. They took our order quickly and our food did not take long to be served, we all know how that is lacking in our restaurants nowadays.
