Ruenthai - Réservation de table

Das Ruenthai ist – nach dem vor Jahren verschwundenen Sawaddi das älteste – und  auch beliebteste Thai-Restaurant Hannovers.  Betrachtet man die  im Treppenbereich hängenden Bildern mit Autogramm, ist es sogar bei diversen Größen aus Sport Unterhaltung beliebt. Mittags ist es ab 12:30 immer sehr voll, die Mittagsgereichte von einer kleinen Karte kosten alle 7,90 €, inkl. täglich wechselnder Suppe vorweg. 0,2 l Softdrink  2,10 €, 0,4 für 3,80 €. Das PLV passt auf jeden Fall, die Qualität des  Essen ist aber leider nicht konstant – aber es ist – bei all meinen Besuchen( mehr als 30) über die Jahre hinweg, niemals schlecht gewesen. Maybe I'm not being fair because I ate all of the dishes. And also, I was having a bit of a cold, so I might not have had the best evaluation situation. So far for the disclaimer.The best Thai food in Europe I have had was at Bai Yok in Zwolle, The Netherlands. And because I have received very good reviews from my Asian colleagues I would typically take there, this is my reference.Ruenthai is a nice restaurant with an intimate atmosphere due to the different levels and corners. I'm since month looking for a great Thai restaurant in the Hannover area and I guess I would my favorite.The restaurant is quickly full, I was happy to had a reservation. The service was very friendly an quick.From the food I could say that 4 or the 5 dishes was just outstanding (e.g. beef salad, pad thai). Only one starter was not as expected, but it was something I never had before and it was just not my taste.Yes I had better thai food in Germany and especially in Thailand itself. But for me it is still a top ranked place. I just can recommend to visit this place Réservez une table maintenant

They surprised me with Quality-price value. Their food has its own unique taste and very good. It's an Asian restaurant that does not try to cheat European customers. We were given a table by the window, which is really cozy. The service is good too.

Been here twice (actually three times but on one of those occasions they were fully booked), and have nothing to moan about.The food really ist excellent.Best to book in advance as both times I ate there I just got a table by the skin of my teeth

Good alternative to Schnitzel for a night. The atmosphere is asian enough to feel somewhere else than Deutschland for a while. Some dishes are excessively adapted to european taste, but in general I enjoyed my dinner.

A nice restaurant, with good friendly service. Good food and a good convenient location. It's quite busy on weekends, which we found out when arrived at the restaurant, and had to come after some days for our meal. Réservez une table maintenant

We dropped in without any reservation but the staff went beyond to quickly accomodate us. The food was very good and the service really pleasant. We actually ordered second round dishes as we enjoyed it very much.

was ok. not the best, but acceptable. on our quest to try every Thai restaurant in Germany this rates in the middle. Good enough. No CC accepted, only German EC Card which is not good.
