We’ve been loyal customers since the day they opened — supporting them throughout COVID, celebrating countless family gatherings, and recommending them to everyone we know. But despite our loyalty, the service and care we’ve received in return have been consistently disappointing, and at times, downright dangerous. Food was really good. Entrees we’re large! Appetizers were amazing (especially the empanadas). Drinks were strong and delicious and well priced for a place like this. We got two piña colada’s. The staff worked together and was very friendly and kind I just didn’t like how when the bill came out they didn’t let us know at first that the tip was added already. Thought that was a bit sneaky. But besides that, great place! I’d come back. There’s a bunch of specials throughout the week so there’s great prices. I’ve been a frequent customer at Rumba Cubana in Jersey City this year, and every visit has been wonderful. The food is consistently delicious and authentic, the atmosphere is vibrant, and the service is always friendly and attentive. It truly feels like a place that cares about its guests. Very lovely place, head waiter amazing! Food delicious. Had empanada trio, and asado pork. Drinks good!
