Went here everyday for three weeks straight ordering a grain bowl, had excellent customer service from the same girl. Ordered a grain bowl Saturday no problems. Sunday I order a grain bowl via website for delivery as I have many times before. Order arrives missing requested sauce, lacking flavor and ingredients and as a wrap and not a bowl. When I call the store, the employee (whom I’ve never dealt with before) gives me attitude and tries to argue with me about my order before hanging up on me, and and not answering again. When I reached out to corporate I was told no to a refund because they talked to said employee and that they “can’t make something they don’t have.” Which is weird, because it was on the menu like it always was before and I don’t recall anyone reaching out and telling me it was unavailable or asking what I would like instead. Perhaps a refund? Scott at corporate offered a “free bowl” which is odd for someone who just said in the same sentence they don’t offer them anymore. I don’t want anything free, I want a refund which they refuse. Talk about poor customer service skills from all involved and ZERO resolve. I will not be returning. Corporate really needs some problem solving skills and help with comprehension. If you want to be respected don’t go here. They don’t give a hoot about you, just your money. And the smoothies are terrible.Edited to add- I wanted a refund for the bowl I ordered and didn’t receive. $12. After I received disrespectful, poor customer service I requested a full refund. A business also cannot survive hiring people with zero customer service skills and the owner themself having zero knowledge on how to resolve an issue that was so small and simple, instead turning it into a big deal. Way to go!
