I came to Rustic Kitchen Bistro hungry for dinner and was pleasantly surprised to find a ribeye special. For those who know me, I always prefer a ribeye over a filet (unless someone else is buying the filet). This steak was tender, perfectly seasoned with a slightly spicy peppercorn crust, and topped with a wine compound butter that sold me instantly. We ordered a variety of dishes, including Italian spring rolls, chowder, a special, meatballs, and a burger, and everything was fresh and delicious. The chowder was creamy and packed with flavor, which is a nice twist on the typical New England style. Each dish was perfectly cooked, especially the steak. The drinks were also refreshing and thoughtfully designed.
The only disappointment was the Caesar salad; the dressing leaned more towards lemon than traditional Caesar, which was a bit of a letdown. Perhaps they adjusted it to cater to a wider audience?

Rustic cuisine is certainly elevating its standards when it comes to dining. However, I must share my disappointment regarding the portion sizes in relation to their prices. While I recognize the effects of inflation and rising costs, it was difficult for me to justify spending $40 on just one fish dish and two sides. For that amount, I could have bought groceries to last a week! I understand that dining in a casino can lead to higher prices, but I don’t think the quality and portion sizes are enough to justify such expenses. If you're seeking an exceptional meal, I would recommend visiting Ruth’s Chris for a top-notch dining experience instead.

The food and drinks were great! Everything tasted freshly made. The atmosphere was nice and service was quick. The carmel irish coffee was delicious! Overall, I would try here again. I do recommend making a reservation prior.
