Despite being told there were no booths available, I noticed there were actually several open. After requesting a booth, our server Hannah promptly accommodated our request. I must commend Hannah for her excellent service, as without her, our dining experience would have been disappointing. Thank you, Hannah. We will return to Rusty Bucket because of you. I found Stephanie's behavior unprofessional, as she seemed more preoccupied with flirting with a waiter and twirling her hair than being a gracious hostess. Perhaps if she focused on providing great customer service rather than criticizing food choices, negative reviews like this could be avoided.

Took quite awhile for the food especially since it was lunch) and the food was mediocre. Hard to figure out how a piece of fried fish would have a burn mark on it but still only lukewarm). I wouldn't mind the higher price $20 for a fish sandwich and ice tea), if service was prompt and the food was quality.

We were crammed into a small corner for a work Christmas party. The server put in a lot of effort to provide excellent service, despite being stretched thin. The food was decent for bar fare. The restaurant was noisy and the decor was old-fashioned, but it had a cozy atmosphere.

it’s hit or miss here. One thing is consistent though, the wait staff at the bar is slow and inattentive. Food is pretty good although just recently the chips were stale and it contained only a couple whole chips. Réservez une table maintenant

Good restaurant with good ambience and good food. The service could be better, we had to wait for quite sometime to get our order in even though the restaurant was pretty empty.

First time. Ordered the Cubano sandwich and had a Oh My moment. Rusty Bucket? Absolutely!

It was a family reunion and the service was fantastic as were all of the meals!
