Rusty Nail - Réservation de table

To start, it is the 4th of july weekend, the restaurant was not busy at all and there were empty tables everywhere! My family started at a table and ended with a $400+ tab, and decided to finish our drinks in the sandpit because our young children were obviously playing in the sand. We had a waitress tell us to relocate with 3 empty tables surrounding us and told us it was the managers per request. We would of absolutely moved if we saw the restaurant gaining clientelle, which was not the case, we just wanted to finish our drinks with the kids entertained. Run for your life! What a scam, the worst tourist trap in Cape May. Prices are way too high. Your paying for a sandbox atmosphere. The place was practically empty and waitress took our order and never showed up again until 20 minutes after the wrong food was served, she forgot drinks, left a second time and I had to flag her down to get the check. Nothing went well. I didn't plan it this way, this is what I got. Sorry for the bad review, but it is what it is.....NEVER AGAIN!!!

Went there ordered seafood as I figured that would be a safe bet, the fish sandwich felt like it was tossed from the freezer straight into a deep fryer what can I say greatly disappointed my wife had the fish tacos and had the same rubbery texture will definitely not be returning

We ordered broiled flounder, mixed vegetables and potato. We waited 45 minutes to get our food. The flounder was heated but certainly not broiled. I asked our server what are the mixed vegetables? She replied, I don 't know . We spent $78 and regretted it. But, we learned. Réservez une table maintenant

Nice atmosphere, indoor section, outdoor with sand. Super nice place. The service had room for improvement but for a dinner it was OK for us. The shrimp tacos were good. I would go back there for dinner but not for dinner.

Prices are fair. Wait was extremely long. Food is okay. The Mac n cheese was extremely good, but that was the highlight of the visit
