We had planned a special birthday dinner for our father, but from start to finish, the experience didn’t reflect the fine dining standard associated with Ruth's Chris. We reserved a table for six, but upon arrival, we were shown to a table with only five chairs. After bringing this to the host’s attention, it took five minutes before they provided the extra chair. Meanwhile, we were left standing as the host continued seating other guests instead of addressing our issue promptly.

Their signature method involves cooking steak in butter, resulting in an exceptional dining experience. This was my first visit to this particular location, and I was pleasantly surprised by the attentiveness of the staff. NOT the place TODAY to go for a upscale dinner! Who ruined it? Corporate. Ruth's Chris is a shadow of what it was and is a mess right down to the bread and butter! Even the service was cut only to be replaced by a hovering chain style restaurant manager who casts more apologies than solutions. The steak today is NOT the high quality it was and is missed very much. Recipes of my Ruth's Chris favorites like: lobster mac cheese, lobster bisque have been vandalized and replaced by cheaper ingredients. The lobster tail (more like a large shrimp) tasted like burnt-seasoned black grease. Did I get sick? Yes I did.
The restaurant was out of beer. Yes, out of beer due to a wedding over the weekend that 'wiped us out '. Wow. The only alcoholic beer that they had were a couple bottles of Budweiser. Nothing else. When we went to order from the wine menu, coincidentally. our selection was also out. We found a fair alternative. It was a little embarrassing to bring business partners to a formal dinner and be out-of-stock on standard alcohol items is almost unheard of.

I had a pleasant experience with the service provided by JD during my visit. I ordered the steak and shrimp Ruth's Classic. While the lobster bisque had a very strong flavor, I found it a bit too intense for my taste. Unfortunately, my 6 oz filet was undercooked and was not the medium-well doneness I had requested. Overall, my visit was on September 19, 2022.
Attended a rehearsal dinner here and everything was delicious. The steak was cooked perfectly, aka actually medium rare. The mashed potatoes and creamed spinach were also great. The chocolate torte with raspberry sauce for dessert was the perfect ending to the meal. The servers were also friendly and attentive!
I had a fantastic time celebrating my mother's life at this restaurant. I organized a party of 12, and we experienced an exceptional dinner. The steaks, shrimp, and other dishes were all of five-star quality, and the service was outstanding. I will definitely be coming back!
As always, and perhaps even better than usual at this location, the food was prepared exactly as I requested, and the service was exceptional. Overall, it was a fantastic dining experience. There isn't much else to say beyond that.
