Ruth's Chris Steak House Northbrook

I was pleased with how the waitress accommodated our dinner request. After looking at the prices of the steak entrees, my friend and I asked for the bar menu. If she was not able to accommodate us, we were going to move to the bar because, honestly, the prices were way out of line for what you offered. The price for just a steak with no sides we thought was way too expensive. We realize that prices have increased but…….. I hope you are not taking advantage of inflation issue.

The food was excellent as usual. Our server or the kitchen mixed up our steak temperatures, my husband ordered medium and got my medium plus order. But the manager came over and made it right. Normally it’s very quiet in the dining room but someone brought a child that had a loud voice and it was just a little annoying.

Excellent meal! Great service. Very high priced but the steaks are delicious. As much as they charge they should pour the drinks with a little more liquid in the glass; they were cheapskates with that and the salads served are microscopic. But overall a fine meal

Omg it was an amazing experience. Our sever/waitress had a fantastic attitude. She was very attentive to our needs and the conversation with her was pleasant. I believe her name was Tatlye, hopefully I spelled it correctly..

The best crab cakes we've ever had were great and the lamb chopper was great! Our server; Buntit was a great addition to our culinary experience genuine professional
