Ruth's Chris Steak House Roseville

The server was not properly trained. At first he was very robotic and I told him he didn’t need to worry about that. He then seemed to forget about us. We waited minutes for wine to arrive, took glasses for refills but didn’t return for a long period of time, offered a surprise dessert which was awful and then forgot to not charge us for it. I miss the support server with bread and water refills

I was disappointed in the food. My steak tasted off. My husband’s steak was really good. The lobster bisque was so so. We eaten here many times and I’m not sure that I will return

We had a wonderful birthday dinner. The service was great and our food was amazing. They made it special by bringing an extra dessert with a happy birthday decoration

Steaks were not cooked as ordered, VERY salty, worst experience ever at Ruth Chris. Won't be returning anytime soon...................

Our server Donna, was an absolute sweetheart. She was very attentive too
