Rye Harbor Lobster Pound

Fluffy chowder is beyond words. It's a thick and creamy clam chowder topped with lobster meat warmed in butter and sherry. The lobster bisque is very good too. Prices are good. It's just a shack, made basically for take out, but the food is fresh and tasty. I highly recommend it if your driving through Rye on Ocean Blvd in NH.

OMG! I have never had anything as fantastically flavorful, nor have I ever eaten anything close to the succulent flavors of the hot lobster rolls at Rye Harbor Lobster Pound. We discovered them at a country fair and have been hooked since.

It could only be fresher if you went on their boat with a pot of boiling water, a knife and a fork.
