We're so glad you came to West Caldwell! We loved you in Rutherford and were excited to see you coming to Essex County! I took my friend who visited Boulder CO last night because she asked where the best ceviche was, and as always we were not disappointed! Not only did they kill the best ceviche, we had a delicious meal of steak and chimichuri with beans and vegetables and just didn't want to stop it. Five star people, go there for the best Peruvian food ever!! And hello to Horatio for us!

We had our mother's lunch today and all 26 of us, where we ran over the food. It was delicious!!! The service was wonderful despite the Mother's Day. Ani and Horacio, where wonderful and very personable hosts. They went out to keep us happy and the food was amazing again!! If you are looking for good Peruvian food, this is your place. Thank you.

My family and I have been going to eat here since they were at another location. Our favorite restaurant. I definitely recommend everyone to go to Sabor Peru!!! I would love to give it more than 5 's.

Both the food and the service were excellent. The Tacu Tacu was so delicious and our waiter was so accommodating! I will definitely be going back and telling friends about it too.

I love eating from start to finish! Nice cozy family place. I would recommend this place to everyone. Had a great date night with my beast! Okay.
