Safeway Castlegar - Réservation de table

Really disappointed... Went to bakery/sandwich pre spoke to a lovely lady (I am allergic to beef). So we asked if we could have something in place of beef on the big sandwiches the lady said sure and was putting veggies on instead.... Dianne (I believe was her name) older grumpy lady said no not allowed and made the lovely lady take the veggies off and throw in garbage. Not only was it a waste of food but unnecessary, I would have gladly paid the difference.

I shop here for one thing.....the fresh baked Mountain Grain bread. Zero 'size ' consistency on the slice! A sandwich is McDonald 's egg Mc muffin size. REALLY!! When asked why the slices are becoming smaller, a pimpled face employee behind the counter could care less ! I was told this is the way it is! Quality control is definitely in order! Sad!

Many great incentives to buy the compliments product line of food with its generally well matched flavour compared to Popular labeled goods . And less money and every nickle counts with less then $225 a month to spend on food or just not eat.

Very disappointed in the grocery pickup service (through third party Voila). Often times there are many items unavailable without substitutes, but even worse, I repeatedly receive milk very close to expiry. Réservez une table maintenant

This felt like a small Safeway with fewer choices than most. Good in a pinch. Cheers.
