Saigerhöh - Réserver une table

Reception was very nice! Room spacious and clean! In the evening in the bar before the night dinner 1 service specialist for all guests, long waiting times with us it was not possible (6 people) to take a joint apero together. During the booking, gluten and lactose allergies as well as the menu selection were specified, which we had to pay in writing on arrival and the allergies listed explicitly again, the gluten-free bread had to be ordered as breakfast especially. (time 20 minutes) The staff was not informed that the special bread had to be asked at breakfast, was the head of the buffet and also gave the answer first to see if it has gluten-free bread. I wouldn't say anything if it wasn't reported 2x in advance. The bread is frozen (usually with gluten-free bread it came every time hot in plastic packed at the table. During breakfast, the bread was so sticky when I took the bread from the hot plastic bag with my fingers, which I had to eat with knives and forks. What annoyed me at MEISTEN, my husband and my friends were already ready with the appetizers and also the breakfast was already finished to a large extent until my bread was delivered. They are already punished enough to live with such allergies and in a 4-star hotel where it was reported 2x in writing and then in plastic hot and sticky, does not speak for hospitality. When I was home, I wrote an email and expressed my concern about allergies. It's a pity that you haven't received any feedback after 8 days. So let me write these lines on this platform!

Magnifique hôtel, très calme, grand, et très intime malgré la taille. Les chambres sont magnifiques (suite) avec balcon, machine Nespresso dans la chambre !!! Les piscines en INOX sont magnifiques et une vue INCROYABLE ! Levé du soleil dans une au chaude avec la neige tout autour ! Le paradis ! Le bar avec une grande cheminée ! Un barman super sympa ! Le restaurant était correct mais les prix des boissons sont justes hallucinants! 4€00 pour 50cl une carafe d'eau !!!! Soit 8€00 le Litre ! C'est vraiment exagéré ! Dommage car c'est une fausse note qui donne un goût très amère ! Un sentiment d'arnaque... Petite amélioration : les indications sur les les pancartes dans l'hôtel sont toutes en Allemand et lorsque l'on ne maîtrise pas la langue il est très compliqué de comprendre où se trouve le restaurant où la piscine surtout vu la taille des couloirs ... Peut être le sous-titrer en Anglais...

On the way, I must say that I was not in the hotel and did not claim any services. The hotel happened to me when I went over the Saigerhöhen. The hotel is wonderfully located near the beautiful forest. Just a few steps and you are surrounded by a beautiful spruce and fir forest. From here you can start a great hiking tour without any problems. If my time is allowed, I will also test and evaluate the hotel from the inside

Service at dinner very slow and not so friendly. All other tops! Two very nice and warm pools (indoor and outdoor) Rooms: 5 Service: 3 Location: 5 Hotel Highlights: Great View, Quiet, Kid-friendly
