I recently tried the vegan pho at this restaurant, and it was the best I have ever had. I have sampled vegan pho in Annapolis and a couple of places in upstate New York, but none compare to the aromatic broth at this place. While the toppings and additions to the soup are typical, this restaurant's broth is the most flavorful I have encountered in a vegan pho. I especially enjoyed the fried tofu. In addition, I have also tried some other vegetarian dishes here, and found them to be quite tasty.

Other places may have similar additives in their soup, but this spot has the most flavorful broth for a vegan option. The fried tofu adds a delicious touch as well.
