I ordered delivery through their app, but some items were missing from my order. I tried calling the store multiple times but didn't receive any answers, so I decided to drive there. When I reached the counter and requested to speak with a manager, I could hear him shouting from the back. After explaining my issue to him, he started to argue with me but eventually offered me several complimentary items. While I appreciate his attempt to resolve the situation, the customer service really needs to be improved.
My order was for delivery. I got a full Greek salad frozen mocha. The mocha was good but the salad was terrible! Old limp lettuce, very few olives the tomatoes were mushy. Do not feel this was worth over $8. I probably could have gotten a better salad from the gas station. I spent $35 on the whole order (I had another you pick 2) I feel if I spend this much money I should get quality food. I will be very hesitant about using this location again. I wish I could give no stars
This restaurant is now overpriced for the portion size you receive. There is also no background music to create ambiance. The service was just average. We dined in for dinner and the price per person ranged from $10–20. The food was rated a 4, service a 3, and atmosphere a 3. A recommended dish from this restaurant is the Greek Salad.
I have to be honest, this Bread Co. is quite unsanitary. Every time I visit, there is food scattered all over the floor, the tables are always dirty, and the bathrooms are absolutely horrible. I've attempted to dine here several times, but I don't believe I will be returning. Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1

Restaurant is worn and dirty. Bathrooms were gross and run down. Food was mediocre for the price. They forgot to add a main ingredient (chicken) to my sandwich. Disappointing how much it costs to eat out these days when the quality of the experience is not good. Better just to cook at home. Service: Dine in
Ordered 2 You pick twos for store pick-up. Plus 6 bagels, to be sliced in half. Got order home, one sandwich was wrong, one soup was wrong, bagels not sliced. Had to return to store TWICE to get it right. They were not busy. Why so many mistakes?? Can they not read?? So irritating!!?
This is my closest location so every time I order delivery it comes from this location. Legitimately every time I order delivery, something is missing. And usually it's the one item I was really looking forward to. I don't have any problems with other locations.

This restaurant is very strange, like a truck stop bathroom. The food and service were both average, but the atmosphere was lacking. Rated 3 for food and service, and 2 for atmosphere.
They had nothing that I ordered then didn't wanna give me a refund, the manager kept trying to give me 10 bagels instead of what I had ordered.
