Sakana Sushi Roll - Réserver une table

I live nearby and came often. The sushi is best to be tasted right after they are made. The perfect blend of purple rice’s temperature and texture with the high quality fish is very hard to beat. In fact, I just came back from a trip to Tokyo and Taiwan, I have to say our Sakura sushi is just as good as the ones I ate in Asia.Edit 07/2023: Added a photo of sake I just had today. People are missing out if they don't know how to select the best sake to go with the amazing sushi.

Great sushi and friendly staff! The sushi comes out quickly, too. It's a small, charming space. It reminded me of the little restaurants I visited in Japan.

Amazing! Best sushi I have had in years. The cherry blossom roll is to die for. I also really liked the veg roll with cucumber, avocado, and asparagus.
