last night we went there for the first time and have to say that I was so disappointed to see the lack of service for this level of the restaurant, I think they must have been short staff as our waiter seemed to fight to maintain. there was a long wait for drinks and between every meal lasted at least 45 minutes except dessert, as I think they are all prepared, one of our appetizers and already main dishes that came out after cursor. we ordered al a carte, maybe they are just ready for the set menu. we ordered drinks and it was forgotten and had to hunt forward, we asked for dessert menu and had to go forward again. the waiters were obviously overloaded with the current bookings as well as w...

We’ve been visiting this restaurant for many year so I was shocked how dull and unworthy every single dish was that we were served. Indistinguishable from a food court sushi joint. Previously I always headed out to sake with a sense of joy a...little bit excited even. Our last visit was so disappointing. Even the green tea ice cream was overly sweet like supermarket icecream and without that special matcha confidence that makes you feel like you’re in Japan. Sorry Sake. Once I loved you. But you’ve lost your spirit and your inspiration, and now it’s over.

we have dined 3 years ago in this restaurant and it was annoying. it has taken a lesson for the worse and I refer not only to the young man who has to embrace deodorant who serves us. eating was actually very thorough. Menu elements...move their local Japanese restaurant. the popcorn garnels were not crisp, but fluffy with a overtime of something unhappy. I booked on the basis of the Dragon’s Egg experience that we had last time, because our Interstate friend is such a dessert fan. it is nothing like the previous drachenei nothing similar. Don't worry.

Lots of back and forth with this restaurant. Clearly informed about GF/Celiac but had multiple corrections, from pouring gluten filled soy sauce to incorrect displays of GF options on the menu to bringing out rolls with gluten and delayed food, and ultimately billing issues. With all the mixups, it can be hard to trust a restaurant though they seem well-intentioned and well-informed, and it may have been an isolated incident. Réservez une table maintenant

Do not eat here. There is a gluten free menu that is inaccurately labeled (rolls with tempura flakes are marked GF). When I asked the server, she marked up the menu and STILL missed clearly gluten-containing dishes. I double checked every dish as it was put in front of me and still got poisoned. So sick

I’ve had a great experience here staff is very knowledgeable about coeliac requirements, many items on the menu are gf and their house default soy sauce is gluten free they must have improved vs the earlier review here!

Best Japanese I had not just for gluten free but in general. They had a seperate menu for gluten free not just a couple of items on their menu. It was super tasty and the staff were all well prepared.

This restaurant offered many gf cealiac safe options including karage chicken (deep fried). Had great staff that were understanding and dedicated to accommodating my needs. Réservez une table maintenant

gustavo was a great host and eating was divine thanks for an unforgettable night the wagyu steak melted in our mouth and a delicious dish was the roasted brittle sprudels

Some items marked GF on the menu are fried in a shared fryer, which is disappointing. The fresh fish is a good option, GF soy sauce is provided.
